Job Title: Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and sunglasses.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
Achieve individual sales targets.
Handle billing, payments, and order processing.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Coordinate with the optometrist and lab for order fulfillment.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.

Qualifications:

HSC/Graduate.
1–2 years of retail sales experience (optical retail preferred).

Skills:

Excellent communication and customer service.
