Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in spectacle or optical sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to guide customers in selecting the right eyewear products.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on their preferences and prescription needs

Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable eyewear solutions

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock handling

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Handle billing, basic documentation, and follow-up with customers

Stay updated on latest eyewear trends and product knowledge

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in optical/spectacle sales or retail sales

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude

Basic understanding of lenses, frames, and prescriptions (preferred)

Ability to work in shifts and on weekends
