Job Title: Counter Sales Executive
Company: Keiiarra
Location: Neral Railway Station
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Daily)
Role Overview
Keiiarra is looking for an energetic, goal-driven Counter Sales Executive to manage our retail counter at Neral Railway Station. You will be responsible for engaging commuters, introducing our perfume line, driving daily sales, and maintaining an appealing counter presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively approach commuters and introduce them to Keiiarra fragrance collections.
Perform live product demonstrations and guide customers toward scents that fit their preferences.
Meet and exceed daily sales targets through persistent customer engagement.
Maintain accurate inventory counts, manage cash/digital transactions, and report daily sales logs.
Ensure the counter remains clean, well-lit, fully stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
Key Requirements
Strong communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English is a plus).
Proven track record in retail, counter sales, or direct customer service (perfume or cosmetics sales preferred).
High energy level, punctual, and comfortable working in a high-footfall station environment.
Ability to handle cash, manage stock, and operate simple POS systems or UPI payment apps.
