Position: Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers at the counter with a friendly and professional attitude.
Handle ticket sales, memberships, packages, and other counter transactions.
Explain play area rules, pricing, offers, packages, and services to customers.
Operate POS/billing systems and maintain accurate daily sales records.
Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and ensure proper cash reconciliation.
Manage customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
Coordinate with play-area staff to ensure smooth customer entry and exit.
Promote memberships, packages, and additional services to increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the counter area.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and customer-service standards.
Prepare and submit daily sales and transaction reports.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred/required for this role.
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Freshers can apply; experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or entertainment is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.
Presentable, customer-friendly, and energetic personality.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
