Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting sports equipment, apparel, and accessories.

• Explain product features, sizes, and pricing.

• Handle billing and cash/card payments (if required).

• Maintain the display and cleanliness of the store.

• Keep track of stock and inform the team about low inventory.

• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
