Employment Type: Full-Time & Weekender
Work Location: On-site (Cinema)
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Age Criteria: 18 – 25 Years

Experience: Freshers are Welcome
Joining: Immediate

• Shift Details

Full-Time:

• Rotational Shifts

• Male: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

• Female: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Morning Shift)

Weekender:

1. Working Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday

• Salary & Benefits

  Fulltimer:

Gross Salary: ₹17,000 per month

In-Hand Salary: ₹14,813 per month

Weekender:

In-Hand Salary: 5,500

Key Responsibilities

🎟️ Box Office Operations

• Manage ticket sales and guest bookings

• Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions

• Ensure smooth queue management and guest assistance

🍿 Food & Beverage Operations

• Prepare and serve popcorn, beverages, and snacks

• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

• Promote combo offers and increase sales

😊 Guest Services

• Assist guests with queries, directions, and cinema information

• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable movie experience

• Handle guest feedback and coordinate for issue resolution

Skills Required

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Teamwork and multitasking ability
