Job Summary:

The Billing Executive is responsible for managing billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, handling customer transactions, and maintaining financial records in a retail environment. The role requires attention to detail, customer handling skills, and basic accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate bills/invoices for customer purchases

• Handle billing software and POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently

• Process cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods

• Ensure proper documentation of all transactions

• Maintain daily sales and billing reports

• Verify product pricing, discounts, and tax calculations

• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments

• Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliations

• Maintain records of returns, refunds, and exchanges

• Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing procedures

• Familiarity with POS systems and billing software

• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred)

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in retail billing or cashier role

• Freshers with relevant skills can also apply
