🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our apparel store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper product display

Assist customers with trials and size selection

Handle billing and basic cash/card transactions

Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and offers

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

🧠 Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation

Basic sales and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Team player with a positive attitude

🎓 Qualifications:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Any degree is an added advantage)

Prior retail/apparel experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)

⏰ Work Schedule:

shifts based (including weekends and holidays)

Rotational week-offs
