Position: Car Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Showroom Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into successful vehicle sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Greet customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements
Provide complete and accurate information about car models, features, pricing, and offers
Arrange and conduct test drives for customers
Explain finance, insurance, exchange, and registration processes
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management
Follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, phone calls, and digital platforms
Maintain proper documentation related to bookings, invoices, and deliveries
Coordinate with internal teams for timely vehicle delivery
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Ensure high standards of showroom presentation and customer service
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing ability
Customer-oriented approach
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Presentable personality with a positive attitude
Minimum qualification: Graduate / HSC (as per company policy)
Experience in automobile sales preferred (freshers can also apply)
Valid driving license preferred
Fixed salary + attractive incentive
