Key Responsibilities
Engage walk-in and referral customers specifically looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles
Conduct thorough product presentations and test drives across the used car inventory
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for pre-owned vehicles
Explain vehicle history, condition reports, refurbishment status, and pricing transparently to customers
Manage exchange and trade-in enquiries — assess customer vehicles and coordinate with the evaluation team
Explain financing options, insurance, and after-sales services specific to pre-owned purchases
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline in the CRM system
Coordinate with the refurbishment team to ensure vehicles are retail-ready before delivery
Ensure smooth delivery formalities and complete customer satisfaction at handover
Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Stay updated on pre-owned car market trends, competitor pricing, and inventory availability
