⭐ Position Overview

Anant Cars Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and customer-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive sales of Passenger Vehicles (PV), Commercial Vehicles (CV), and Electric Vehicles (EV). Candidates should have strong communication skills and a passion for automobiles.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔍 Identify potential customers and generate leads

🚗 Promote and sell PV / CV / EV vehicles

🎯 Achieve monthly sales targets

🤝 Build and maintain strong customer relationships

📝 Prepare sales reports and maintain documentation

🚘 Conduct product demos and test drives

📊 Stay updated on product features & market trends

📌 Skills & Requirements

💼 Experience: 0 to 6 years

💰 Salary:

Freshers: ₹20,000

Experienced: Up to ₹32,000

Incentives: Up to PV ₹70,000/EV ₹50,000/CV ₹30,000

🛣️ TADA: PV/EV ₹3 per km / CV 5K monthly

🎓 Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduation (10+2+3)

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Gender: Male or Female

🗣️ Languages: English & Kannada

⏰ Work Timing: 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 days/week (1 weekly off)

👤 Preferred Candidate Profile

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to handle field sales confidently

Strong customer service orientation

Interest in automobiles
