Designation: Events and Business Development Executive
1. Event & Exhibition Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, trade shows, pop-ups, and corporate events
Coordinate with vendors for stall setup, branding, sampling, and logistics
Ensure timely setup, smooth execution, and professional brand presentation
Maintain event budgets and control costs
2. Lead Generation & Sales Growth
Generate potential B2B & B2C leads during exhibitions/events and visiting distributors/retailers
Pitch products to distributors, retailers, corporates, and bulk buyers
Collect and maintain accurate lead data (visiting cards, forms, CRM)
Identify high-potential leads and prioritize follow-ups
3. Post-Event Follow-Up & Conversion
Follow up with leads within 24–72 hours post-event
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, and closures
Convert leads into confirmed orders or long-term partnerships
Track lead status from enquiry to conversion
4. Target Achievement & Reporting
Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets
Prepare event performance reports (leads, conversions, revenue)
Share insights on customer feedback, competitor activity, and trends
5. Brand Representation
Act as the face of the brand during events
Maintain professional communication and relationship-building
Ensure consistent brand messaging and premium brand experience
