Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Branch Incharge to manage branch operations, drive business growth, maintain customer relationships, and oversee inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Maintain and update CRM data, customer records, and follow-ups.

Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment planning.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Build strong customer relationships and resolve customer queries.

Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

4–6 years of experience in branch operations, business development, CRM, and inventory management.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and achieve business objectives.
