Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, knowledge of beauty and salon services, and the ability to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day salon operations efficiently
Supervise, train, and motivate salon staff
Handle customer appointments and ensure smooth scheduling
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve client complaints
Monitor inventory of beauty products and salon supplies
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Track sales, expenses, and overall salon performance
Develop promotional activities and customer retention programs
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Ensure staff attendance, grooming, and discipline
Requirements
Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of salon treatments, beauty products, and trends
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
Basic understanding of billing, POS systems, and inventory management
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Graduate or diploma/certification in beauty or salon management preferred
