Beauty Advisor – Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and confident Beauty Advisor who enjoys makeup and skincare and loves helping people feel good about themselves. Your role is to guide customers honestly, help them choose the right products, and make sales in a respectful way — never by forcing.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and understand their needs
Suggest suitable makeup and skincare based on skin type and concern
Demonstrate product usage and explain benefits clearly
Make sales through trust and good service, not pressure
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter
Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when items are low
Build long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
Interest in beauty and personal care
Basic communication skills
Willingness to learn (training provided)
