Job Title: Sales Advisor – Cosmetics & Skincare

Location: Smytten Experience Store, Mall of Dehradun (Dehradun)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor for our Alpha One

Store. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of cosmetic and skincare brands,

excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

 Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to

the right products.

 Recommend skincare and cosmetic products based on customer preferences, skin

types, and concerns.

 Drive product trials and explain features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer

experience.

 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends.

 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.

 Handle billing, stock management, and ensure proper product display & hygiene at

the store.

 Build strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat visits and brand loyalty.

Requirements:

 Prior experience (1–3 years) in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or

cosmetics.

 Strong knowledge of leading cosmetic and skincare brands.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Customer-centric approach with a passion for beauty and personal care.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

 Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and mall timings.
