Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, ensure smooth inventory flow, and lead warehouse teams to deliver excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Store Manager in day-to-day warehouse operations.
Manage picker/loader teams and shift planning.
Ensure order accuracy, SLA adherence & productivity.
Inventory control, stock audits & shrinkage control.
Maintain safety, hygiene & Swiggy operational SOPs.
Handle workforce attendance, discipline & performance.
Coordinate with city ops and central teams.
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate preferred.
1–3 years experience in retail, warehouse or quick commerce operations.
Strong people management & operational skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
