We are looking for dynamic retail professionals to join us as Duty Managers (Assistant Store Managers). The role involves supporting store operations, driving team performance, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and SOP adherence
Deliver high standards of customer service and drive customer loyalty
Manage inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and cash handling
Execute visual merchandising and maintain store standards
Lead and supervise store teams to achieve operational targets
Eligibility
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
1–6 years of experience in retail operations
Good communication skills in English and local language
