Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Assistant Store Manager for the fashion retail industry. The candidate should be sales-driven, customer-focused, and capable of handling a team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations
Achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Handle and lead a team effectively
Ensure excellent customer service
Maintain store standards & visual merchandising
Support inventory and stock management

Eligibility Criteria

HSC with 5+ years experience in Fashion Retail
OR
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years experience in Fashion Retail
Minimum 6 months experience in Team Handling / Team Leader role
