Responsibilities
· Assist the Branch Manager in managing overall branch operations.
· Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
· Drive monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
· Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions when required.
· Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations.
· Monitor daily sales, stock, cash, and operational activities.
· Ensure proper stock management and minimize stock discrepancies.
· Conduct regular team briefings and communicate company policies and targets.
· Ensure proper implementation of company schemes, offers, and promotional activities.
· Monitor local market trends.
· Ensure the branch follows company SOPs, operational guidelines, and compliance requirements.
· Support the Branch Manager in achieving overall branch performance.
Candidate Requirements
· Graduate preferred.
· 1-2 years of experience in retail, mobile, electronics.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
· Target-oriented and result-driven.
· Good knowledge of sales and retail operations.
· Willingness to work in a target-driven retail environment.
