Drive business growth by implementing excellent customer service practices.
Focus on improving customer engagement and enhancing Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service standards.
Review customer feedback regularly and implement actionable improvements.
Monitor cash handling processes and payment reconciliations.
Review indent reports and ensure zero stock-out situations across stores.
Conduct regular team training sessions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular sales review meetings with the team.
Analyse weekly sales performance and manpower status to ensure operational efficiency and target achievement.
Monitor Google reviews weekly and implement corrective measures as per company SOPs to improve ratings and customer experience.
Conduct team discussions to review performance highlights and improvement areas across all online platforms.
Conduct weekly and monthly in-person meetings with Store Managers/In-Charge personnel.
Conduct one-on-one meetings with all employees once every month.
Review business reports regularly and take corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store operations.
Conduct comprehensive interviews for store-level recruitment to ensure quality hiring.
Delegate responsibilities effectively and monitor outcomes.
Identify operational and business challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
Focus on the career growth and development of all team members.
Ensure timely completion and monitoring of LMS modules by all team members.
Regularly track and ensure Rewards & Recognition (R&R) activities are conducted on time across all stores.
