We are looking for a Admin Supervisor to join our team to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹17500 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management
Maintain proper records of all stock available in the store.
Monitor stock levels regularly.
Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained at all times.
Update stock register or system entries daily.
Purchase & Procurement
Identify stock shortages and arrange immediate purchase.
Visit the market or suppliers directly to procure required materials.
Collect and verify purchase bills and invoices.
Employee Management
Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks.
Monitor employee attendance and performance.
Ensure discipline and smooth store operations.
Basic Accounts & Billing
Handle petty cash for store-related expenses.
Maintain daily expense and purchase records.
Verify bills and coordinate with the accounts team.
Reporting
Prepare and submit daily or weekly stock reports.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
