Key Responsibilities
1. Client Coordination
Schedule trials, fittings, and deliveries with clients.
Maintain polite, professional communication via WhatsApp or calls.
Send reminders to clients for pending trials or balances.
Update clients on order progress and delivery readiness.
Handle basic in-store hospitality (tea, water, etc.) during fittings.
2. Order Management & Admin
Maintain digital tracker of all active orders (Excel/Google Sheets).
Collect and record advance payments or balances.
Generate invoices, receipts, and coordinate with accountant for GST.
Organize fabric swatches, packaging materials, and labels.
Handle courier coordination for deliveries.
3. Team Coordination
Act as the bridge between Designer and Production Head — daily status updates, pickup/drop of work, etc.
Track each piece’s progress through the production stages.
Maintain weekly production sheet (ready-to-send status to you).
4. Store & Office Support
Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and basic supplies.
Keep records of vendor payments and purchase bills.
Assist in shoots or store events when needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Background - Admin, front office, or operations experience in a boutique, tailoring house, or small retail setup (1–3 years). Even hotel or salon front desk experience can translate well.
Education - HSC / Graduate (any field).
Good spoken English & Hindi. Comfortable with basic written communication.
Skills - Strong coordination and follow-up
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- WhatsApp Business, phone etiquette
- Organized & punctual
- Can manage multiple moving pieces calmly
