Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the backend operations of the vehicle accessories department, including order processing, inventory coordination, billing, documentation, fitment scheduling, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal dealership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accessories orders received from the Sales and Service teams.
Maintain accurate records of accessory orders, invoices, deliveries, and fitment status.
Coordinate with the Parts/Accessories department for stock availability and replenishment.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery documents, and other required paperwork.
Track accessories from order placement through billing and vehicle fitment.
Coordinate with the fitment team to ensure accessories are installed within the required timeline.
Update daily/weekly MIS reports for accessories sales, stock, pending orders, and fitment.
Reconcile accessories orders, billing, stock consumption, and delivery records.
Follow up with internal departments regarding pending orders and fitment requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accessories-related records.
Assist in stock verification and periodic inventory reconciliation.
Coordinate with vendors/suppliers when required for accessories availability and delivery.
Ensure accurate data entry in DMS/CRM/ERP systems.
Support the Accessories Manager with reports and administrative activities.
Handle internal queries related to order status, stock, billing, and fitment.
Key Skills:
Good MS Excel and data-entry skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain MIS and operational reports.
Basic understanding of inventory and billing processes.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work with Sales, Service, Parts, Accounts, and Fitment teams.
Automotive/dealership experience would be an advantage.
