Hiring: Sourcing Expert – Non-IT Recruitment
Location: Kudlu Gate (Work From Office)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Non-IT Recruitment/Sourcing
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across Non-IT functions.
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely candidate submissions.
Maintain recruitment records and sourcing metrics.
Required Skills
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Non-IT recruitment/sourcing.
Experience hiring for functions such as Sales, Customer Service, Healthcare, Education, Retail, Operations, Manufacturing, BFSI, or other Non-IT domains.
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Strong communication, candidate engagement, and research skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Profile
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused.
Able to work independently as well as within a recruitment team.
Interview Process
3 Rounds: 1 Sourcing Test + 2 Discussion Rounds.
All rounds will be Face-to-Face and completed on the same day.
No virtual interviews.
