About the Role
HR Matters is looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Understand client requirements and share relevant profiles
Assist in closing positions within defined timelines
Requirements
Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment process
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
