We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team at Dzire Edutech And Management Pvt. Ltd. to manage the 40 percent recruitment process for the organization and 60 percent task is manage manpower. You will be responsible for full onboarding and keep all documents updated in soft and hard copy of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage candidates.
Supervise and maintain already manpower in plant and increase theire count.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is graduate/ ITI/ Diploma and 0 - 3 years of experience. Skills like sourcing techniques and management skills are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
