We are pleased to offer you the position of Recruitment Associate (HR Recruiter) for Kotak Life Insurance, through RK Finance And HR Services, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Work Mode

• Work From Home / Work From Office / Hybrid

• Office Location: Rohtak (Office Option Available)

2. Roles & Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Associate, your responsibilities include:

• Recruit qualified Banking Life Insurance Advisors.

• Coordinate with the Reporting Manager to support your recruited Kotak Life Insurance Advisors.

• Assist your recruited Kotak Life Insurance Advisor team in growing their insurance business.

• Follow the recruitment process, company guidelines, and performance standards communicated by RK Finance And HR Services.

3. Successful Recruitment

A recruitment shall be considered successful only when the recruited Banking Life Insurance Advisor earns a minimum commission of ₹40,000, in accordance with the applicable business and company policies.

4. Compensation Structure

• The Recruitment Associate will receive 50% of the Total Banking Life Insurance Advisor Team Commission Payout, subject to company policies and eligibility.

• The payout is calculated on the Total Commission Payout generated by the entire recruited Banking Life Insurance Advisor Team.

• The payout is not based on the commission earned by any individual Banking Life Insurance Advisor.

Illustrative Examples

Total Kotak Life Insurance Advisor Team Commission Payout Recruitment Associate Payout (50%)
₹80,000- ₹40,000
₹1,60,000- ₹80,000
₹2,40,000- ₹1,20,000

Note: The above examples are for illustration only. Actual payout will depend on the Total Banking Life Insurance Advisor Team Commission Payout, eligibility criteria, and applicable company policies.

5. Payout Schedule

Eligible payouts will be released on the 12th of every month, subject to:

• Business qualification

• Company approval

• Applicable payout policies

• Successful completion of the eligibility criteria.

6. Training

The Recruitment Associate must:

• Attend all mandatory training sessions.

• Follow the recruitment methodology prescribed by RK Finance And HR Services.

• Participate in review meetings and business development sessions whenever required.

7. Code of Conduct

The Recruitment Associate shall:

• Maintain professionalism and ethical business practices.

• Keep all business information confidential.

• Comply with all company rules, policies, and applicable regulations.

• Avoid any misrepresentation while recruiting candidates.

8. Acceptance

By accepting this offer and joining RK Finance And HR Services, you confirm that you have:

• Read and understand all the above terms and conditions.

• Agreed to abide by the company's policies and procedures.

• Accepted this engagement voluntarily.
