Senior Recruiter As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to meet the staffing needs of our banking clients. Your expertise in recruitment will be instrumental in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless hiring process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Quess Corp Limited's Business Delivery department. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source and attract top talent for entry-level field sales roles in the banking industry. Screen and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and suitability for the role, ensuring a thorough and fair assessment process. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, providing recommendations to hiring managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential talent pools and stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to create compelling employer value propositions and enhance the company's employer brand. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment process, maintaining a high standard of ethical practices. Provide regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Work closely with the training and development team to design and implement onboarding programs for new hires. Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful staffing for banking or financial services clients. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and assessment techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and meeting recruitment targets. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in field sales recruitment or a similar industry is an advantage.
