Senior Executive - HR Recruitment: Co-ordinate various technical institutions and mobilize suitable candidates for operation requirement (NAPS/Trainees/Contract Labour) Assisting in creating MPR through Workday and follow-ups to get approved. Job Postings – internal, external and Naukri and screening the suitable candidates for further process. Scheduling and coordinating for the interview process Contract Labour Management (CLMS): Maintaining CLMS Portal Attendance Report Generation / Monitoring absenteeism CL wages process Learning and Development: Develop trainees & Apprentices through structured training programme. Arranging for Training Sessions and updating in LMS module Collecting Training feedback and training effectiveness. Legal Compliances Maintaining and Ensure 100% Statutory requirements. Updating compliances status in legatrix General activites Raising PR and for Office & Employee related consumables Experience Level Senior Level
