Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students looking to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process while working closely with experienced recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support job posting, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns.
Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or final-year student (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
