About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter who is eager to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in international hiring projects and work with global clients.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, Call candidates, social media, and referrals
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for domestic and international roles
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with HR Manager and department
Understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly
Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
🎯 Who Can Apply
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment
Strong communication skills (English is a must)
Passion for recruitment and interacting with people
Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn is an advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
