ob Description
Administration:
Coordination with all the departments as per the requirement
Contacting Students if there are any changes in their Lecture Schedule
Follow-up calls to Students regarding the PDCs (Post-dated Cheque), missed
lectures, EMIs, etc.
Exams: Supervising In-house Theory Exams and Practical exams/pre-requisite
calls to students for remote exams
Banking: Cash deposition/Cheque deposition
Administer the distribution and collection of lockers for staff and students
Academy Stock: Printing items, Toiletries, and Stationery
Reception:
Responsible for welcoming students/visitors,/staffs at the Academy
Responsible for handling incoming calls
Managing the Academy notice board and organising classrooms
Maintaining attendance of students and staff
Checking the hygiene and cleanliness of the entire Academy
Cash Management:
Handling Petty Cash of the Academy
Preparing Payment vouchers and coordinating the same with the Accounts
Team
