Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Hire across diverse roles — faculty, designers, animators, IT staff, counsellors, sales, and support roles.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing on job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
Conduct competency-based interviews and shortlist best-fit candidates.
Understand hiring needs and build recruitment plans for departments.
Reduce hiring turnaround time through efficient sourcing and interview coordination.
Maintain structured documentation: JD creation, candidate trackers, MIS reports, dashboards.
Work closely with Centre Heads, Department HODs, and Management to fulfil manpower requirements.
Provide updates on hiring progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Promote the company’s brand on social media, job platforms, and during hiring campaigns.
Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment drives, and campus hiring events.
3–6 years of experience in recruitment
Strong sourcing skills: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Internshala, campus hiring.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high-volume and multi-location hiring.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
Self-driven, target-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
