Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes, including document verification, induction, and exit formalities.
• Act as a liaison for store-level HR coordination, ensuring alignment with HO directives.
• Manage ID card issuance, reference checks, and background verification processes.
• Draft and dispatch HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.
• UAN creation, Addition of family members in ESIC, Creation of e-pahchan card
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and trackers.
• Coordinate for attendance management, leave records, and basic payroll inputs.
• Provide support in statutory documentation and compliance-related data collation.
