Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team at the Indore office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and will assist in managing recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interview coordination
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Schedule and manage interviews across departments
• Coordinate with hiring managers on recruitment needs
• Communicate interview updates to candidates
• Assist onboarding and documentation
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics
• Handle HR administrative tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
• 1+ years recruitment/HR experience
• Good communication in English & Hindi
• Organized, multitasking ability
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Team player with attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset
