Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for local (Indore-based) and pan-India roles

• Manage hiring for domestic BPO, international voice/non-voice processes, and corporate placements

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and offline networks

• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per JD requirements

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and panels

• Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers

• Handle bulk hiring as well as niche role placements

• Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives when needed

• Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding of selected candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or any relevant field

• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication may apply)

• Strong sourcing and screening skills

• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities

• Experience in hiring for BPO/KPO/IT/domestic & international processes preferred
