Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Domestic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT requirements across domestic clients. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand client IT requirements and job descriptions

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases

• Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical and non-technical requirements

• Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding interview feedback

• Ensure timely closure of open positions

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates

• Negotiate salary and joining timelines with candidates

• Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding

• Maintain proper communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles

• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques

• Ability to work under deadlines and targets

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Basic MS Excel and documentation knowledge
