Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters handling bulk hiring
Set daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and track performance
Conduct regular team reviews, provide feedback, and drive productivity
2. Bulk Hiring Execution
Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles (mass hiring)
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for closures
Drive walk-ins, campus hiring, and vendor hiring channels
3. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders
Understand hiring forecasts and plan resource allocation
Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges
4. Sourcing Strategy
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for bulk hiring
Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and vendor networks
Ensure a strong and continuous candidate pipeline
5. Process & Quality Control
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and compliance standards
Maintain quality of hires while achieving volume targets
Reduce drop-offs and improve offer-to-joining ratios
6. Reporting & MIS
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (closures, TAT, pipeline, conversion rates)
Share daily/weekly MIS reports with leadership
Use data insights to improve hiring efficiency
7. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Handle escalations and critical cases
Represent the organization effectively during hiring drives
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in bulk/mass hiring (BPO, sales, operations, etc.)
Team handling and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
Experience in managing large-scale hiring drives and vendor coordination
