Technical Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking platforms.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, project requirements, and skill expectations.
Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls to assess communication skills, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels or clients.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports for regular updates and pipeline management.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with shortlisted candidates
