About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across engineering, product, data, and IT functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and team goals.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates.
Create and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices in the tech industry.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT hiring.
Strong understanding of technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, QA Engineers, and Product Managers.
Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for startups or product-based companies.
Familiarity with technical concepts, programming languages, and software development processes.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
Experience with employer branding initiatives.
