पेरोल एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll executive to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process ensuring accuracy, timelines and compliance with statutory regulations. The candidate should have hands on experience in payroll processing handling employee queries and maintaining payroll records

KEY TASKS

Payroll Processing -

Process monthly payroll, including calculating salaries,deductions,bonuses and incentives

ensure timely payment of salaries through designated payment mode

Complaince & Stautory Deduction's -

Ensure compliance with statutory deductions like TDS,PF,ESI & other applicable deductions

File necessary statutory returns and forms related to payroll

Employee Queries & Support -

Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions or salary slips

Assist employees with payroll related issues and provide necessary support

Payroll Reporting & Analysis -

Generate payroll reports as required by management or for statutory purpose

Analyze payroll data for discrepancies or errors and resolve them promptly

Data Management & Accuracy -

Maintain accurate and up to date payroll records, including leaves, attendance and salary details

Ensure data confidentially and handle payroll information data securely

Collaboration -

Work with HR, Finance and other teams to ensure smooth payroll processing and address any payroll related concerns

Required Skills / Qualifications -

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance or related field (preferred)

2-3 years of experience in payroll management

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills like MS Excel,Word,etc

Proficiency in Payroll Software
