Roles & Responsibilities
• Process payroll for multiple companies accurately and on time.
• Prepare salary sheets, payroll reports, and related MIS reports.
• Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain employee records and payroll-related documentation.
• Coordinate with clients regarding payroll and compliance requirements.
• Draft professional emails and maintain communication with clients.
Skills & Requirements
• Good English and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computers.
• Good email drafting skills.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
