An HR Recruiter manages full-cycle hiring, sourcing top talent, and guiding candidates through the interview process. Key duties include sourcing candidates online, screening resumes, and coordinating job offers.
Job Responsibilities
Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal referrals.
Screening: Review resumes and lead initial phone or video interviews.
Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and track progress in the applicant tracking system.
Closing: Manage job offers, negotiate pay rates, and oversee basic onboarding steps.
Requirements and Skills
Experience: 6 month to 3 years working in human resources or talent acquisition.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Communication: Strong verbal and writing skills to talk with applicants and team leads.
Organization: Ability to handle many open jobs at the same time and keep clean records.
