Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily business operations.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, dispatch, and inventory teams.

• Ensure timely order processing and smooth delivery operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.

• Develop and improve operational processes to increase efficiency.

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer support teams.

• Track key operational metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party service providers.

• Lead, train, and motivate the operations team.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

• Ensure excellent customer experience through efficient operational execution.
