Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels
Coordinate with managers to understand manpower requirements
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records & HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and exits
Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution
3. Performance Management
Drive appraisal cycles and performance review processes
Support managers in goal setting and feedback discussions
Track performance outcomes and improvement plans
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant work culture
5. Policy, Compliance & Governance
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Handle disciplinary actions and employee relations matters
6. Learning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
Support employee growth and skill development programs
7. Administration & Office Management
Oversee day-to-day administrative and office operations
Manage vendors, services, and housekeeping
Coordinate procurement of office supplies and assets
Ensure a safe, organized, and well-functioning workplace
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR (generalist role required)
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in startup / IT / fast-growing organization
Hands-on experience with HR tools
Ability to work independently and take ownership
