Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruiting process. As a key part of our HR team, you will be responsible for identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records .

Maintain recruitment reports and metrics regularly.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in MS Office.

Ability to handle multiple positions and work under tight deadlines.
