A Human Resource Executive (HR Executive) is a professional responsible for managing various employee-related functions within an organization. They play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive work environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection: Posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, maintaining discipline, and ensuring a healthy workplace culture
Attendance & Leave Management: Tracking employee attendance, leaves, and shift records
Payroll Support: Assisting in salary processing, incentives, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Policy Implementation: Enforcing company policies and procedures
Performance Management: Coordinating appraisals and employee evaluations
Training & Development: Organizing training sessions and skill development programs
