Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to support our HR operations, including recruitment, employee on-boarding, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a high-performing team while ensuring adherence company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle employee records, payroll processing, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity).
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Facilitate performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and training programs.
Resolve employee grievances, maintain discipline, and promote a positive work culture.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and presentations for management review.
Coordinate exit interviews and maintain employee database in Excel/HR software.
Qualifications and Skills
Any Graduate. Masters Degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
1 to 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
Excellent communication skills; ability to draft professional emails and policies.
