Human Resource Executive

HR Executive / HR Manager (4+ Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, employee performance tracking, reviews, incentive monitoring, and employee engagement across multiple group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and interview coordination

• Employee onboarding and documentation

• Performance tracking and maintenance of employee records

• Monitoring KPI and incentive-related data

• Conducting employee reviews and appraisal coordination

• Preparing HR MIS reports and management dashboards

• Employee engagement, team-building, and culture development

• Coordinating with department heads for workforce planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong command over MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Experience in performance management and employee reviews

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple responsibilities

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Candidates with strong recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement experience will be preferred.
